The Gender Pay Gap? Travel with Jane is pitching in to challenge the gap by offering a 16.2% off travel insurance for women. It’s a small way to contribute to a big problem. No matter which way you slice it, women are paid less on average for doing the same work that men do. It’s simply not justifiable and like many women in Australia, we’ve had a gut full. We might only be a travel insurance company, but we’re going to do our bit to make things fairer for women. Maybe we’ll even set a trend? Certainly hope so.
