Will We See you At The Rails Girls Sydney September Workshop?

26 August 2016

Rails Girls is back in Sydney with a two-day Ruby on Rails Workshop in September.

New to the world of coding with Ruby on Rails? Or dabbling with a vibe to own it? Then you need to know about Rails Girls, a global organisation that offers a community for women to explore coding, Ruby on Rails, and technology in general.

Naturally, Rails Girls is thriving in Australia, with regular meetups happening in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Up next for us, is the Rails Girls Sydney Ruby on Rails workshop, a two day free event taking place from 9-10 September.

Along with camaraderie and support, ladies will learn more about Ruby, the internet, and test driven development. Spots are limited, so apply via the link below.

WANT TO SUPPORT WOMEN WHO CODE?

The good people at Rails Girls Sydney are also looking for a hand in staging the workshop and other events, so get involved by becoming a sponsor, like Travel with Jane! With two of our own developers joining in, we’ll be fuelling the workshop with a coffee cart and 10% off travel insurance for all the coding girls.
