Are you contacting us about a medical condition?
We cover many pre-existing medical conditions (see the list) but if you are worried or know that your condition is not automatically covered we can assist you to potentially upgrade your policy and be covered for your condition. To discuss this you can:
Are you contacting us about your existing policy?
You can amend some details on an existing policy such as your travel dates and contact email address, here. You can also apply to cancel your policy, should you be within your 14-day cooling off period, here.
Are you contacting us about a medical emergency?
Is it an emergency? If you are overseas and need to make an emergency claim you can reach us by telephone. When possible, you should get in touch before deciding on your next steps, for example, before making a doctor’s appointment, calling an ambulance or attending an emergency room. We will be able to assist you with the best course of action to help you get the treatment you may need.
